Click & Collect
Order Online and pick up instore - FREE service
Our Click & Collect service is available from our Melrose Park NSW trade centre and our South Geelong VIC trade centre. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Providing your order is placed by 2 PM AEST Monday-Friday, and item(s) are in stock, we will ship same business day.
After placing your order: If we are out of stock or if there is an issue that is stopping us from fulfilling your order on time, you will contact you either by email or phone.
*Please note, we may use a courier service for parcels that weigh over 15 kilograms.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Unfortunately, your order cannot be delivered on Public Holidays or weekends. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed and despatched on the next business day.
Toolfix is not obligated to accept claims in respect of returned goods which have been used, damaged or altered in any way. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and within 7 days from receipt of goods. Cost of return freight is to be covered by the customer.
Returns for a defective product will only be accepted if returned within 7 days from receipt of goods and we are provided with proof of fault. Once defective product is received back to Toolfix and we confirm that, in our opinion, the product is faulty, we will either issue a refund or issue a replacement product (identical replacement, or one of similar value, depending upon availability).
