Download & Complete the Service Form - Fill out the form to provide all necessary details about your tool.

Drop Off or Ship Your Tool to us - Include the completed service form with your tool. Without this paperwork, it’s very difficult for our technicians to identify where the tool came from.

Diagnosis & Quote – We’ll inspect your tool, diagnose the issue, and provide a detailed quote.

Repair & Return – If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll complete the repair and return your tool promptly.

Steps to Lodge a Warranty Repair
1. Paperwork
Complete the following and have them ready:

2. Email Us First
Send an email to [email protected] informing us of your warranty claim. We will review your paperwork and give you the green light to send us your tool.
3. Drop Off or Ship Your Tool
Once you’ve been advised that we can proceed with the warranty assessment, you may either drop off your tool at our service centre or ship it to us. Please ensure the service form, warranty form, and proof of purchase are included with the tool. These documents are absolutely essential, whether you deliver the tool in person or send it via mail or courier.
4. Warranty Assessment
Our technicians will inspect the tool to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
5. Warranty Approval
We will liaise with the manufacturer to process your claim.
6. Warranty Repair
Once approved, we will complete the repair and return your tool to you.

- ⏱ Minimum lead time for warranty repairs is 2 weeks, depending on parts availability and current workload.
- 🚚 Warranty does NOT cover freight costs – all tools must be returned at the customer's expense.
