SCOPE OF DELIVERY
The Flipper® Plus includes nosepieces (12/20, 12/24, 12/29, 12/M4, 12/M5, 12/M6), M4–M6 threaded mandrel conversion kits, a maintenance wrench, Allen key, jaw insertion aid, storage box, operating instructions, spare parts list, and adjustment list.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Gesipa Flipper Plus Hand Rivet & Rivet Nut Tool (1571258) combines two essential functions in one robust, ergonomic design. Its precision jaw mechanism features a spring‑reset system for automatic and safe mandrel ejection, supported by a larger device lift that makes handling extra‑long blind rivets effortless. A removable mandrel collection container attaches neatly to the body for quick emptying, while the simplified setting process and 16.2 mm total stroke make it ideal for new‑generation multigrip blind rivet nuts such as GESIPA® PolyGrip®. The tool’s special lever arrangement, opening‑spring actuation lever, and new ratchet function reduce manual force by up to 40%, enabling smooth single‑handed operation. Designed for fast conversion between blind rivet and blind rivet nut setting, it delivers reliable performance across a wide working range: blind rivets up to 5 mm Ø in aluminium and 4 mm Ø in steel and stainless steel (max. mandrel Ø 2.8 mm), and blind rivet nuts from M4–M6 in aluminium and M4–M5 in steel.
