During installation, the locking ring is precisely moulded into the bolt’s locking grooves, creating a connection that is extremely durable and resistant to self‑loosening — even under heavy vibration. Powered by a highly efficient brushless BLDC motor, the tool offers virtually wear‑free operation and consistent performance across high‑volume applications. With a 20,000 N setting force and a 25 mm stroke, it processes Magna‑Grip* and C6L lockbolts from Ø 4.8 mm to Ø 6.4 mm with ease. Weighing just 2.3 kg including a 4.0 Ah battery, the PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition SRB provides excellent ergonomics for long, comfortable use.
