PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The GESIPA® TAURUS® 6 is a durable, high‑performance pneumatic riveting tool designed for demanding industrial use, offering long service life, low vibration, and flexible adaptation to new applications. Its modular system minimises spare‑parts requirements, while the dual‑function compressed‑air design delivers high setting forces with low air consumption. A single jaw model works across the series, with pneumatically actuated jaws ensuring secure mandrel gripping, and the suction unit can be switched off when not needed. The tool features a rubberised, non‑slip grip, low activation force, balanced centre of gravity, rapid work cycle, and a swivelling spent‑mandrel container with air deflector. An integrated protection feature prevents accidental ejection of mandrels, and the optimised stroke supports efficient, reliable performance. Suitable for blind rivets above 6.4 mm in all materials and lockbolts up to 10 mm with the appropriate pulling heads; TAURUS® 5 and 6 require application‑specific heads available on request.
