RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Change of Mind:
Toolfix accepts eligible items for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. All returned items must be returned in original packaging and be unused in sellable condition. Items marked 'Clearance' are not eligible for return.
Cost of return freight is to be covered by the customer.
Defective or Faulty Item:
Should a item be faulty, you must notify Toolfix within 7 days of receiving the item. Depending on the type and value of item - Toolfix will either repair the item or issue a refund or issue a replacement item (identical replacement, or one of similar value, depending upon availability)
