Return Policy

Toolfix is not obligated to accept claims in respect of returned goods which have been used, damaged or altered in any way. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and within 7 days from receipt of goods. Cost of return freight is to be covered by the customer. 

 

Returns for a defective product will only be accepted if returned within 7 days from receipt of goods and we are provided with proof of fault. Once defective product is received back to Toolfix and we confirm that, in our opinion, the product is faulty, we will either issue a refund or issue a replacement product (identical replacement, or one of similar value, depending upon availability).
